Strategy and Program Delivery

I like the messy middle: clarifying decisions, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery moving.

  • $2M+ compensation platform modernization, standardizing RVU workflows across Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine.
  • $3M+ annual physician gainshare, with accurate payouts to 1,200+ members.
  • Cut onboarding time-to-productivity from 90+ days to roughly half by building a single-ticket workflow and operational cadence.
  • Designed Hyalus Altum, a dive watch I built from scratch and launched on Kickstarter.

Based in New Mexico. Open to project and program work where strategy and delivery meet.

All case studies

Compensation Platform Modernization

Modernizing a sensitive compensation system by reducing manual exceptions, improving transparency, and sequencing pilots to restore momentum while standardizing pay models for scale.

Physician Gainshare Program

Delivered a $3M+ gainshare program by structuring delivery phases, enforcing data-quality controls, and aligning executive stakeholders to ensure accurate payouts to 1,200+ members.

Onboarding and Credentialing Pipeline

Redesigned a multi-department onboarding and credentialing workflow by standardizing intake, automating ticketing, and running an operational cadence to cut time to productivity by about 50%.

How I work

  • Translate ambiguity into a plan people can execute.
  • Build momentum with simple cadences and visible decision points.
  • Design for adoption through clarity, incentives, and good defaults.
  • Make it easy for stakeholders to say yes to the next decision.

Where I fit

  • Project Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Business Operations and transformation work where delivery and stakeholder trust are the product.

Read the case study

Hyalus is the dive watch I designed from scratch.

I took Altum from sketches to CAD to a working prototype, then ran a Kickstarter launch. It reached 116 backers and $26,891 pledged.

Watch at a glance

  • 40mm stainless steel case.
  • 200m water resistance.
  • Seiko NH35 automatic movement with a ~41-hour power reserve.
  • Tool-first dial with generous lume.

What I did

  • Designed the case, dial, and brand language.
  • Modeled parts in CAD and iterated toward manufacturable tolerances.
  • Sourced components and coordinated suppliers through prototyping.
  • Built the Kickstarter campaign assets and launch plan.
  • Ran paid marketing tests during launch ($4k budget).

Simple, unique, robust.

About

Outcomes-focused and allergic to ambiguity that never becomes action.

I am a project and program manager who likes hard problems that live between systems and stakeholders. I am most useful when the work is cross-functional, the constraints are real, and trust matters.

My default approach is to get clear on the decision points, build a cadence that forces progress, and make the work easy to understand for the people who have to live with it.

Practical strengths

  • Executive-ready status and decision framing.
  • Workflow mapping, dependency management, and sequencing pilots.
  • Tooling: Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Visio, Lucidchart.
  • Comfort translating between technical and operational teams.
